The following projects included the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs for managers and non-managers. Some projects lasted several years, some required the hiring of subcontractors, and some required travel throughout the United States.
Project 1:
Developed and delivered a leadership effectiveness training program for a federal agency that was experiencing a change in organizational structure. Training was mandatory for all managers and supervisors. Program development involved conducting a performance needs analysis and designing a curriculum that enabled decision makers to accurately assess leadership skills and initiate further development.
Project 2:
Developed and delivered a training program for a Contractor of federal agency that needed to hire hundreds of new customer service employees. Program focused on sensitivity issues, service delivery, and problem solving. Program development involved creating a problem-solving model for serving customers and a tracking process for assessing accomplishments.
Project 3:
Developed a goal achievement process for a quasi-government agency that was experiencing problems with communicating goals, aligning goals, and achieving goals. Worked with senior leadership to ensure the execution of identified goals. Monitored organizational and departmental achievements. Developed recommendations to improve processes.
Project 4:
Designed a comprehensive career development program for a federal agency that was downsizing. Employees needed tools, materials, and advice on preparing KSA (knowledge, skills, and abilities) statements and participating in interviews.
Project 5:
Designed and delivered a series of training courses for a federal agency that had implemented a certificate program for administrative professionals. The courses covered various topics and involved different training formats.
