E-Courses AND Onsite Training are available for each “Linking Handbook” Topic. A standard approach is used for linking employee performance to workplace results. Participants learn how to use this approach to more effectively manage, supervise, and lead employees. Specific topics, like Teamwork, focus on specific behaviors. The general topic titled, Linking Performance To Results, allows participants to choose any one behavior or any group of behaviors.
For all topics, participants receive instruction and materials to create customized behaviors and results for employees in their organization. Participants acquire the tools to motivate employees to make greater contributions. These tools include a list of behaviors that clarify performance expectations; a list of results that describe the impact of performance; ready-made phrases to use during performance discussions; examples of ways to conduct more effective performance discussions; and strategies to reinforce positive performance.
Onsite Training is offered in a 1/2 (Half-Day) format for each Topic. Please contact Dr. Brown for prices and requirements.
