• Implements workplace changes willingly, even when disagreeing with those changes.
• Works efficiently and effectively to complete assignments, even when dislike or disagree with assignments.
• Implements new organization initiatives willingly. Performs tasks in a way that positively contributes to the achievement of initiatives.
• Shares information and expertise with coworkers, superiors, and other stakeholders willingly.
• Uses the proper tools and resources when working with customers/clients.  Knows the information needed to deliver quality service and makes sure that information is easy to access when interacting with customers/clients. 
• Establishes a positive rapport with customers/clients.  Interacts professionally and courteously during telephone, email, text, or face-to-face encounters.
• Maintains composure when interacting with angry or difficult customers/clients.  Responds to inquiries or answers questions without being defensive or hostile.  Stays calm and focused when assisting angry or difficult customers/clients.
• Evaluates strengths and weaknesses objectively.  Looks at how strengths contribute to positive performance and how weaknesses contribute to negative performance.  Explores various approaches to maintain strengths and improve weaknesses.

• Requires no direction to perform tasks or fulfill day-to-day responsibilities.
• Develops a step-by-step action plan to solve problems, implement solutions, or track the effectiveness of solutions.
• Makes adjustments in action plans when necessary.  Implements different solutions when current solutions are not working.
• Develops contingency plans to prepare for obstacles. Considers what might go wrong and develops approaches to overcome obstacles.
• Meets deadlines for completing individual team tasks.
• Demonstrates flexibility when faced with changes to team goals, practices, or members.
• Makes positive contributions to the achievement of team goals.
• Presents differing viewpoints without using negative, loud, and inappropriate language.  Uses a tone of voice and language that promotes dialogue.
• Follows protocols, procedures, and practices of organization when writing emails, texts, letters, memos, reports, or other documents.
• Edits and proofreads written materials.  Makes the appropriate revisions and corrections prior to distributing to others.
• Presents thoughts logically, clearly, and succinctly.  Provides relevant information in an easy-to-follow format.  Stays on topic without rambling.
• Presents technical and non-technical ideas using terminology that is appropriate for the audience and topic.
• Meets deadlines for delivering products or services, providing information to others, or requesting information from others.
• Makes appropriate determinations about which priorities needs to be accomplished first.  Completes priorities in the proper sequence.
